  1. No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the purchase is completed.

  2. Non-Downgrade Policy: This course includes both the online course content and a one-day in-person class. The course package cannot be downgraded to an online-only version, nor can any portion be substituted or refunded.

  3. Rescheduling: We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule your in-person class, please contact us at least 30 days in advance. We will gladly assist you in rescheduling for an available date that works for you.

  4. Course Access: Enrollment in this course is solely for the individual purchaser. We aim to create a supportive and fun online learning environment for all participants, so please be respectful to ensure everyone can enjoy the experience.

  5. Conduct and Etiquette: We want this to be a positive, enjoyable class for everyone! Respectful and professional behavior is required during the in-person class. Cease & Desist reserves the right to dismiss any individual exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

  6. Liability Waiver: By attending the in-person class, participants acknowledge and agree to release Cease & Desist and Anianne Rivera from any liability related to injury, loss, or damage that may occur.
